**Job Summary:**

We're seeking a Personal Support Specialist to join our team in Cape Elizabeth, ME. As a Personal Support Specialist, you'll play a vital role in assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. You'll also respond to resident call lights promptly and perform scheduled resident activities as assigned.

**Responsibilities:**

* Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, etc.)
* Assist residents with instrumental activities of daily living (using telephone, light housekeeping, meal preparation/service, etc.)
* Respond to resident call lights promptly
* Perform scheduled resident activities as assigned
* Accurately document care provisions or changes in resident statuses

**Requirements:**

* Must be 18 years of age
* Must commit to obtaining PSS certification within 120 days of hire
* Must provide proof of immunization/immunity to MMR, Varicella and Influenza
* Strong command of the English language with the ability to follow oral and written instructions with precision

**Salary:**

$27.00/hour
