  • Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekdays, weekends, and evenings, as needed.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and move freely around the training area.
  • Age 18 or older, with valid U.S. work authorization.
  • Pass a comprehensive background check and SafeSport training, ensuring a safe and secure environment for all participants.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, with the ability to travel to training locations as needed.
  • Reside in the Greater Tampa Bay Area, with a strong commitment to the local community.
