Job Overview

i9 Sports - Manatee & Sarasota, FL is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sports Official to join our team. As a Sports Official, you will be responsible for enforcing rules, cultivating a positive culture, and advocating for our programs.

Responsibilities
  • Enforce i9 Sports rules and ensure a fun, learning, and safe environment for all players.
  • Teach and demonstrate core concepts, including sportsmanship values.
  • Keep time and score during games, manage instruction and competition levels, and consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills.
Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Sport-specific officiating, playing, or coaching experience.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and solve problems.
  • Awareness and ability to take charge of any situation to ensure player safety.
  • Positive attitude and strong ability to build professional relationships.
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including weekends and evenings, for the full duration of the season (approximately 7 weeks).
