About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Soccer Trainer to join our team at TOCA Soccer Training Facility. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality soccer training sessions, fostering a love for the game, and promoting sportsmanship in a technology-enhanced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging and effective soccer training sessions to players of all ages and skill levels.
  • Develop and implement tailored training plans to meet the needs and goals of each player.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with players, parents, and coaches to ensure a positive and supportive training environment.
  • Collaborate with the TOCA Training Manager to review and develop plans for guest and client recovery.
  • Model TOCA training standards through session quality, client pathways, and experience reviews.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in youth, collegiate, or professional soccer coaching.
  • Prior experience providing private, one-on-one training sessions is preferred.
  • Background playing in a club, college, or professional setting is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with guests, staff, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work cooperatively and effectively with different personality types as well as other departments, vendors, and clients.
