Job Title: Soccer Trainer

We are seeking a passionate and energetic Soccer Trainer to join our team at TOCA USA. As a Soccer Trainer, you will be responsible for teaching soccer skills, fostering a love for the game, and promoting sportsmanship in a technology-enhanced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement engaging soccer training programs for players of all ages and skill levels.
  • Provide one-on-one training sessions and group coaching to help players improve their technical and decision-making abilities.
  • Collaborate with the TOCA Training Manager to create a tailored plan for each client, incorporating Player Pathways designed to meet their needs and development.
  • Utilize TOCA Training Methodology and technology to create a unique and effective training experience for each player.
  • Model TOCA training standards through session quality, client pathways, and experience reviews.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and facility policies.
Requirements:
  • Youth, collegiate, or professional soccer coaching experience.
  • Prior experience providing private, one-on-one training sessions is preferred.
  • Background playing in a club, college, or professional setting is preferred.
  • Desire to work cooperatively and effectively with different personality types as well as other departments, vendors, and clients.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to engage with guests, staff, and stakeholders.
  • Passion for creating an inviting and welcoming environment that aligns with TOCA Soccer Training's values.
  • Availability to work afternoons and evenings, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to kneel, bend, reach, climb, and stand for long durations of time.
  • Ability to move and lift equipment and supplies of 30+ pounds.
