Job Summary
We are looking for a talented Global Event Development Specialist to join our team at Beacon Hill. In this role, you will plan and execute events in our DC office, focusing on strengthening stakeholder relationships through annual events. You will coordinate event logistics, including A/V and room setup, menu and décor selection, and collaborating with external vendors. As the point-of-contact for event attendees and internal staff, you will ensure seamless event execution. Additionally, you will collaborate with local organizations to partner on events, manage project timelines, and provide administrative support as needed. To be successful in this role, you will need 5+ years of hands-on event experience, passion for events, and ability to build relationships with international executives and attendees. Salary: $95,000 - $125,000 per year.
