Key Responsibilities
  • Client Satisfaction: Participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction, ensuring that our services meet the highest standards.
  • Operations Management: Assist in the management of day-to-day activities of the assigned locations, including the maintenance and repair of equipment.
  • Team Leadership: Assist with management duties as assigned, providing guidance and support to team members.
  • Customer Service: Courteously assist customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Report any known accidents, observed or suspected violations of Company policy, safety hazards or any unusual occurrence to the Facility Manager.
  • Adaptability: Adapt to changes in the work environment, able to deal with change, delays, or unexpected events.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Minimal high school diploma or equivalent and a minimal month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Prior supervisory experience with a DOT-regulated shuttle operations preferred.
  • License and Certification: Must possess a valid state-issued driver's license with a current address and acceptable driving record. DOT Medical Card: A Medical Examiner's Certificate (DOT Medical Card) is required.
  • Availability and Adaptability: Availability to work 2nd shift, 3rd shift and/or week-ends may be required. Adaptable to changing work schedules and priorities.
