Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Shuttle Operations Supervisor to join our team at SP+. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of our shuttle operations, adhering to contractual guidelines, company policies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in initiatives to enhance client and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in the management of daily activities at assigned locations.
  • Support management duties as assigned.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Assist with equipment maintenance and repair, as well as general maintenance tasks as directed by the Facility Manager.
  • Report any known accidents, observed or suspected violations of Company policy, safety hazards, or unusual occurrences to the Facility Manager.
  • Assist with cleanup of debris, water, oil spills, and other hazards. Substitute for any position, if necessary.
  • Have a thorough knowledge of shuttle operation areas, transportation routes, major streets, landmarks, and freeways in the area of the garage.
  • Perform other duties as needed.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

  • Minimal high school diploma or equivalent and a minimal month of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Prior supervisory experience with a DOT-regulated shuttle operations is preferred.
  • Must possess a valid state-issued driver's license with a current address and acceptable driving record.
  • A Medical Examiner's Certificate (DOT Medical Card) is required.
  • Availability to work special shifts, if required, will vary depending on location hiring needs.
Physical Demands

This role requires the ability to:

  • Stand, walk, use hands and fingers, handle or feel objects, and talk frequently.
  • Climb or balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch occasionally.
  • Lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
  • Have close vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus.
