KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Schedule Management: Oversee executive calendars, arrange appointments, meetings, and travel plans, and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts.
  • Meeting Facilitation: Develop agendas, materials, and presentations for meetings, coordinate logistics, and follow up on assigned tasks.
  • Communication Oversight: Manage incoming calls and emails, respond to inquiries, and uphold confidentiality.
  • Document Creation: Prepare and format documents, reports, and correspondence with precision and professionalism.
  • Project Assistance: Support special projects, conduct research, perform data analysis, and coordinate with stakeholders.
  • Relationship Building: Foster positive connections with staff, board members, donors, and partners.
  • Office Administration: Assist with administrative tasks, including supply ordering and record maintenance.
  • Executive Assistance: Provide additional support to executives as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in executive support or office administration.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling tools.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in data management.
  • Proactive and resourceful in problem-solving.
  • Commitment to social justice and equity.
  • Experience working with Native American communities is a plus.

This position offers flexible work-from-home arrangements.
