Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Interior Design Specialist to join our team at NetJets, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the timeless and refined environment of our aircraft. This is an exceptional opportunity to utilize your expertise in cabin configuration and interior development, working closely with key stakeholders and the Global 5 Senses team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the management, storage, and maintenance of sample materials, documentation, and internal communications related to aircraft cabin configurations and interiors initiatives.
  • Support the Director, Cabin Configuration and Development in preparing presentations and reference materials to ensure effective communication.
  • Collaborate on aircraft renderings development and assist in compiling feedback regarding aircraft cabin appearance and interiors from various internal departments and NetJets Owners.
  • Partner with NetJets internal departments and key stakeholders globally to ensure synergies and project execution.
  • Support the Global 5 Senses team with overall project management within the cabin configuration and interiors-associated initiatives.
  • Stay abreast of current and upcoming industry trends of various materials within the cabin space offering, including sustainable opportunities.
  • Coordinate supplier visits, including scheduling, management, and organization of materials.
  • Manage administrative tasks associated with cabin configurations and interior strategic theme initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain effective channels of communication both internally and externally to accurately track projects, initiatives, and deadlines.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a luxury hospitality environment.
  • Excellent Customer Centricity, detail-oriented, and a genuine passion for delivering high-quality personalized service.
  • Self-driven, resourceful, and innovative mindset.
  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Product Suite, managing computer files, and creating presentations.
  • Previous project management and project deliverable activity coordination experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering quality results and effectively managing expectations.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Experience in project management software, such as MS Project, Jira, Base Camp, or other.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on location and experience.
