**Key Responsibilities**

  • Greets members and guests promptly and enthusiastically, schedules appointments and reminders and follow-ups.
  • Answers and conducts phone calls for current and prospect members.
  • Ensures proper member onboarding, including agreement forms, payment options, and other paperwork.
  • Leads program offerings reviews and membership options.
  • Responsible for accurate collection of payment, including credit card transactions and insurance coverage.
  • Manages clinic inventory and ensures cleanliness.
  • Responsible for opening and closing of the clinic.

**Requirements**

  • High school diploma.
  • Customer service, retail, and/or sales experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office 365.
  • Ability to multi-task, while being attentive to clinic visitors.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision.
