**Job Summary**
At JumpstartMD, we are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members and guests.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Greets members and guests promptly and enthusiastically, schedules appointments and reminders and follow-ups.
- Answers and conducts phone calls for current and prospect members.
- Ensures proper member onboarding, including agreement forms, payment options, and other paperwork.
- Leads program offerings reviews and membership options.
- Responsible for accurate collection of payment, including credit card transactions and insurance coverage.
- Manages clinic inventory and ensures cleanliness.
- Responsible for opening and closing of the clinic.
**Requirements**
- High school diploma.
- Customer service, retail, and/or sales experience.
- Proficient in MS Office 365.
- Ability to multi-task, while being attentive to clinic visitors.
- Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision.
