Position Summary

Candidate Profile

We are looking for an individual who possesses:
  • An Associate's Degree in Computer Aided Drafting or a related engineering field with a strong focus on design drafting.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in an engineering discipline is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of technical experience in a manufacturing or engineering office setting.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD 2010 or later versions.
  • Strong skills in MS Word and Excel, with the capability to learn new software as needed.
  • Familiarity with Autodesk Inventor is advantageous.
  • Expertise in reading and interpreting project specifications, architectural and structural drawings, and mechanical assembly drawings.
  • The ability to quickly learn detailed information about a wide range of products.
  • A mechanical aptitude and a strong grasp of technical concepts.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
  • The capacity to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously with precision and efficiency.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and outstanding proofreading skills.
  • The ability to work independently with critical thinking skills and minimal supervision.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and clients.
