Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at Selectek. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing processes, methods, tooling, and production controls for new programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement processes, methods, and production controls for new programs
  • Supervise the assembly and proofing of new equipment
  • Set up and ensure the satisfactory operation of new equipment
  • Write procedures for the operation of new or existing equipment
  • Conduct layouts and supervise construction of plant expansions or alterations
  • Perform or assist with equipment and material test studies
  • Estimate staff requirements, production times, and relative costs
  • Provide engineering support in production to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering and/or related experience in a Manufacturing environment
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects
  • Prefer at least two (2) years of related work experience
