About the Job

This Diagnostic Imaging Specialist position involves working with cutting-edge technology to acquire high-quality diagnostic images for radiographic interpretation. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Acquire quality diagnostic images using various imaging modalities such as X-ray, CT, MRI, and ultrasound.
  • Perform routine maintenance and quality control checks on imaging equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and patient care.
  • Provide exceptional patient care and support, including explaining procedures, obtaining informed consent, and maintaining patient records.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must be a graduate of an accredited AMA School of Radiology program and have 0-1 year of experience as a general radiographer. AART certification or eligibility is also required. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Key Qualifications:
Knowledge of HIS system and basic knowledge of RIS system.IDNS accreditation in medical radiation technology.CPR certification.Ability to lift up to 35 pounds without assistance.Heavy lifting: lifting 50 to 100 pounds occasionally and/or 25 to 50 pounds frequently and/or 10 to 20 pounds constantly.Benefits
