Russell Tobin & Associates is seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team in Boulder, CO. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to our engineering team.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the engineering team to understand their needs and ensure the lab spaces are set up to meet their requirements.
- Oversee vendors during equipment installation and ensure equipment is installed as intended.
- Send regular updates to the onsite team members and leadership.
- Maintain a tidy and organized lab space for efficient operation.
Requirements
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in software applications such as iCal and Keynote.
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle a wide range of tasks and changes.
- Familiarity with shop safety, risk mitigation, and housekeeping standards.
- Ability to understand and interpret technical drawings.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- S. Diploma and relevant hands-on work experience.
- College degree or technical training is valued.
