Job Title: Neonatal Nurse Practitioner

Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a highly skilled Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Tacoma General Hospital. As a key member of our NICU team, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to critically ill newborns and their families.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive care to newborns in the NICU, including assessment, diagnosis, and management of medical conditions.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct rounds, perform procedures, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
Requirements:
  • Current APRN national specialty certification.
  • Minimum of a master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience working in a Level III/IV NICU setting.
