The successful candidate will possess extensive expertise in Excel and a solid background in sales forecasting, report generation, customer relations, and logistics management.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Analysis:
Generate and evaluate sales reports categorized by customer, region, and state.
Produce consistent sales forecasts and revise projections based on the latest data.
Create and maintain dashboards to monitor sales performance and essential metrics.
Collaborative Support:
Comprehend and apply Field Service and Quality documentation.
Oversee Stock Adjustment Return Authorization documentation.
Assist the sales team with on-demand data analysis and reporting.
Monitor customer shipments and provide timely updates.
Work alongside inventory management to ensure precision and efficiency.
Partner with product and purchasing teams to enhance back-order management.
Qualifications:
Experience:
A minimum of 3 years in a comparable position, ideally within a sales or manufacturing context.
Skills:
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Understanding of sales forecasting methodologies and tools.
Familiarity with inventory management systems and practices.
Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite).
Knowledge of the NetSuite ERP system is advantageous but not mandatory.
Background in industrial power transmission or related sectors.
