Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with clients to develop strong relationships and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Organize and coordinate office administration, ensuring efficient operations and effective communication with the team.
- Assist advisors in preparing for client meetings, including preparing financial plans and reviews.
- Process client paperwork and maintain accurate records in our CRM database.
- Commit to continuous education and professional development to stay current on industry best practices and compliance rules.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of customer service or administrative support experience.
- FINRA registrations – SIE, Series 7, Series 66, or willingness to start the process within six (6) months of employment.
- Financial services industry experience preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong professional verbal and written communication skills.
