Position Overview

A Customer Support Representative is an individual skilled in resolving complex issues while prioritizing outstanding customer service. This role requires the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and utilize technology to address various customer concerns, including inquiries related to products, billing, sales, and appointment scheduling. The primary responsibility involves handling a significant volume of customer calls, which must be approached with creativity, personalized solutions, and a commitment to high customer satisfaction. Essential Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience handling high call volumes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Maintain a professional and well-groomed appearance
Key Responsibilities:
