About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Spectrum Ventures. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries, providing timely and effective resolutions to their concerns.
  • Perform general administrative and organizational tasks to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Manage customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide consulting and support services to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
Requirements
  • Completed commercial training, degree, or similar qualification.
  • Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Fluent in German language.
  • Independent, structured, service- and customer-oriented work style.
