The estimated salary range for this position is $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

About the Job

This is a key role that requires a high level of technical expertise, as well as exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. As a Fire Alarm Systems Installation and Service Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation and maintenance of fire alarm systems, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards and in accordance with relevant codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • To oversee the installation and maintenance of fire alarm systems, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards and in accordance with relevant codes and regulations.
  • To lead and manage a team of technicians, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • To develop and implement training programs to ensure that all team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • To maintain accurate records and reports, including job site logs and system documentation.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in fire alarm systems installation and maintenance.
  • Valid licenses and certifications, such as NICET Level 3 or higher.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Additional Information

This is a full-time position, requiring regular overtime, but with ample notice provided by us. Must be willing to travel, mostly home daily.
