Salary: The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.

Job Description: As a Senior Lead Fire Alarm Technician at Western States Fire Protection, you will be responsible for site verifications of fire alarm installations, analysis of blue prints, and coordination with other disciplines. You will interact with clients, field personnel, and Fire Marshals, ensuring high-quality service delivery. Your strong work ethic, integrity, and problem-solving skills will drive your success in this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications:">

  • NICET I certification or willingness to receive it within 1 year
  • OSHA 30 certification is a plus
  • Manufacturers certificates preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of service or install experience preferred
  • Solid knowledge of NFPA 72, Factory Mutual, and applicable codes mandatory
  • Able to work independently and in a group/training environment
  • Knowledgeable with programming and troubleshooting multiple fire alarm panel manufacturers

Physical Requirements: This role requires the ability to lift up to 50lbs, regular bending, reaching, climbing, and walking. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Colorado and Wyoming are also necessary.
