Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Computer Systems Specialist to join our supply chain team at Tropicale Foods, LLC.

Responsibilities:
  • Install, configure, and upgrade desktop hardware and software.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for desktop systems.
  • Provide technical support and assistance to end-users via phone or in person.
  • Collaborate with IT team members to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Maintain inventory of desktop hardware, software, and peripherals.
  • Perform routine maintenance and updates on desktop systems.
  • Ensure desktop systems comply with security policies and procedures.
  • Document and track technical issues and resolutions.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

Requirements:
  • Desktop hardware and software troubleshooting
  • Technical support and customer service
  • Desktop imaging and deployment
  • Windows operating systems

Education and/or Experience: B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus.
