Installation Project Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Installation Project Coordinator at Allied Stone Inc. to lead and coordinate installation projects from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution and quality delivery.
About the RoleThis exempt position requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and collaboration with various teams to achieve project objectives.
- Lead and coordinate installation projects, adhering to timelines, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate installation schedules considering project timelines and customer preferences, collaborating with internal teams for accurate scheduling information.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, providing timely updates, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Review installations daily to ensure consistent adherence to quality standards, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Provide leadership and direction to the installation team, fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment.
- Recruit, onboard, and manage subcontracted installation crews, ensuring compliance with company standards and quality expectations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of installation schedules, customer preferences, and project details.
- Actively seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
- Knowledge:
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with stone manufacturing processes and installation techniques.
- Customer Service: Understanding of customer needs and ability to deliver exceptional service.
- Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel, and knowledge of CRM software.

- Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving installation goals.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective team collaboration and customer interaction.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational abilities to manage installation schedules and project details.

The successful candidate will be based at our stone manufacturing facility, with both office and on-site responsibilities.
Physical Demands- Manual dexterity is required to manipulate standard office peripherals.
- Ability to move around the manufacturing facility and job sites as needed.
The estimated annual salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
Education and Experience- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Bilingual in Spanish.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Excel.
- At least three years of leadership experience, preferably in the stone industry.
