Salary
The estimated salary for this position is $76,000 per year, with a hourly rate of $36.54. This includes shift differentials of $2.88 per hour for shifts worked only.

Job Description
As a Night Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and managing a team of healthcare professionals. Your duties will include planning, organizing, and directing health services; selecting, mentoring, and evaluating staff; and developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective delivery of health services.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a valid permanent Oklahoma license as a registered nurse and three years of professional nursing experience, one year of which must have been in a supervisory capacity. You will also need to have knowledge of professional nursing theory, practices, and techniques, as well as the ability to direct, motivate, and evaluate staff.
