**Job Summary:**

We are looking for a highly motivated and compassionate COTA to provide high-quality patient care in our skilled nursing facilities. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of occupational therapy principles, and the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

**Responsibilities:**

The COTA will be responsible for:

  • Providing occupational therapy services to patients in accordance with their individualized treatment plans;
  • Conducting assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment strategies;
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care;
  • Maintaining accurate and comprehensive records of patient progress and outcomes;
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes.

**Requirements:**

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Be a graduate of an accredited occupational therapy assistant program;
  • Hold a valid COTA certification;
  • Have at least 6 months of experience working as a COTA in a skilled nursing facility;
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform tasks that require bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods.
