At Resiliency LLC, we are seeking a seasoned District Manager to join our team as a Healthcare Technology Leadership Professional. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a dynamic leader to leverage their expertise in healthcare technology management and drive success in a large healthcare environment.
About the JobThis is a challenging and rewarding position that requires exceptional leadership and management skills. As a District Manager of Healthcare Technology Management professionals, you will be responsible for developing outstanding client relationships and governance structures. Your primary focus will be on serving as the main point of contact with our University Hospital System client.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful management performance and leadership within the healthcare technology industry. We are looking for someone who can demonstrate superior business acumen, agility, and decision-making skills, as well as excellent budget management proficiency.
You will be expected to lead by example, coach and mentor various levels of employees, and review and maintain reports to ensure compliance with federal, state, local regulations, and Sodexo/Client policies and procedures. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe work environment for employees and making recommendations for changes as necessary.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around $120,000 per year, based on industry standards and the level of experience required. However, please note that this figure is subject to change and may vary depending on individual circumstances.
