The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, bookkeeping, and statistical reporting, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date account receivable records and prepare adjustments and reports as needed.
  • Process ICP Medicaid applications and manage resident trust and petty cash.
  • Conduct audit and account reviews related to Private Pay collections.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement business strategies to improve financial performance.

**Requirements:**

  • 4-6 years of experience in business office management, preferably in a skilled nursing facility or medical billing environment.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and statistical reporting.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
