Job Description:
Uniti Med is seeking a skilled Radiology Imaging Specialist to join their team. As a Radiology Imaging Specialist, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining imaging equipment, preparing patients for exams, and ensuring high-quality images are produced.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain imaging equipment, including CT scanners and X-ray machines
- Prepare patients for exams, including explaining procedures and positioning patients
- Ensure high-quality images are produced, including adjusting equipment settings and monitoring image quality
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
Requirements:
- ARRT certification in Radiography or CT
- Experience working in a radiology department or imaging facility
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
