Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief E-commerce Marketing Strategist to join our team at Grace and Lace. This role will be responsible for developing and executing end-to-end marketing strategies across multiple digital channels to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Bold Leadership in E-commerce Marketing:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans that boost traffic, conversions, and brand visibility.
- Optimize campaigns for engagement, conversions, and return on ad spend (ROAS) across Shopify Plus, Tapcart, email, social media, paid advertising, influencers, and SEO.

Campaign Management & Execution:
- Plan and launch targeted marketing campaigns around key events such as product launches, promotions, and seasonal sales. Analyze campaign performance and optimize for maximum ROI.
- Leverage essential Shopify Plus apps like Klaviyo, Recharge, Yotpo, and others to enhance site functionality, customer experience, and overall sales.
- Drive high-performing digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and other PPC platforms, focusing on scaling efficiently.
- Craft segmented email and SMS marketing efforts using Klaviyo and other tools to boost open rates, conversions, and customer loyalty.
- Oversee on-page and off-page SEO strategies in coordination with content marketing efforts to increase organic traffic and site rankings.
- Guide the development of a comprehensive organic social media strategy to reach and grow our audience.
- Build and manage relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors to create impactful partnerships, leveraging influencer content to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
- Enhance and manage the VIP Perks loyalty program and referral programs to drive repeat purchases and increase customer lifetime value (CLTV). Utilize mobile app strategies via Tapcart to engage customers on-the-go.
- Analyze performance metrics using Shopify Plus analytics, Google Analytics, and other tools. Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data.

Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in e-commerce marketing, preferably in fashion or retail.
  • Proficiency with Shopify Plus, Tapcart, and essential Shopify Plus apps such as Klaviyo, and others.
  • Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including paid media, SEO, and email.
  • Strong understanding of analytics tools, including Shopify Plus reporting, Google Analytics, and other marketing platforms.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Creativity paired with an analytical mindset to drive data-driven marketing decisions.
  • Passion for fashion and a strong understanding of the Grace and Lace brand and customer.
What We Offer
