Schedule: 8am - 11pm
Training: Online with subsequent onsite requirements
As a Customer Service Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering advanced analytics and reporting services aimed at enhancing and automating Client Processing systems while managing moderate to complex client inquiries.
- Providing direct guidance to various organizational units to ensure timely service delivery and issue resolution, facilitating meetings to address and resolve problems efficiently.
- Engaging in product development, enhancements, and system testing to ensure the effective processing of high-value transactions.
- Resolving intricate issues by leveraging a comprehensive understanding of system intricacies, combining in-depth knowledge with industry standards to deliver solutions to both internal and external clients.
- Offering support to junior client processing roles and overseeing the allocation and review of work performed by team members.
- Possibly responsible for specific supervisory reviews, training, and approval processes.
- Contributing to the achievement of objectives set by related teams; a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, along with 5-7 years of relevant work experience.
- Preferred experience in brokerage processing.
