We're seeking an experienced Biotechnology Commercial Sales Representative to augment our team. In this role, you will achieve sales and activity targets on assigned HCPs, hospitals, and clinics within territories, meeting all relevant standards set by Inizio and the leadership team.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of B2B sales/account management experience, with at least 3 years in field sales for pharmaceuticals or biotechnology. Previous vaccine experience is required, and pediatric experience is strongly preferred.

This role requires strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, negotiation skills, and a proven track record of sales success. You will work independently and in team environments, leveraging customer networks, resources, and tools via phone/web to expand connectivity, reach, and interest across stakeholders.

You will develop a sound understanding of relevant Covid-19 products and disease areas, educate internal resources, engage targeted HCPs, hospitals, and clinics to drive orders, demonstrate clinical and technical skills, and capture key customer insights.

To succeed in this role, you must be able to travel as needed for territory coverage and adapt to organizational change. We offer competitive compensation ($85,000 - $110,000 per year), excellent benefits, a generous performance-driven incentive package, and a positive company culture.
