Silver Tree Residential is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to become an integral part of our dynamic team. Our community, City View Towers, features 430 apartment homes specifically designed for SENIORS. We are in search of a committed team member who will maintain our community's high standards.

It is crucial for the Office Coordinator to adhere to their scheduled work hours and to regularly walk the property, including navigating stairs, to fulfill job responsibilities effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Community Director and other office staff with administrative duties during office closures.
  • Manage incoming calls and take comprehensive messages for follow-up during regular office hours.
  • Serve as the primary contact for non-emergency inquiries after hours.
  • Keep the Community Director updated on any issues or concerns that arise.
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as required by management to ensure efficient property operations.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times.
