Master's Level Clinical Liaison Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Master's Level Clinical Liaison to join our team at Youth Villages. This role is responsible for serving as a liaison between Residential staff and Counselors, working directly with youth on a daily basis providing individual, group, and family therapy, and completing admissions and discharges for the youth on our Residential campuses.
Responsibilities- Serve as a key point of contact between Residential staff and Counselors to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to residents, utilizing evidence-based practices and tailoring approaches to meet the unique needs of each child.
- Coordinate the intake and discharge process for new and exiting residents, ensuring a smooth transition and comprehensive support throughout the treatment journey.
- Facilitate treatment meetings and consultations with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans.
The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in a social services discipline, be willing to pursue licensure with supervision provided, and have relevant experience working with at-risk youth.
Requirements- A Master's Degree in a social services discipline (e.g., MSW, MFT, MA Counseling).
- Experience working with at-risk youth and families, preferably in a residential treatment setting.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations, including those from different cultural and socio-economic backgrounds.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build rapport with colleagues, residents, and families.
- Excellent problem-solving and crisis intervention skills, with ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
