**Job Overview**

Youth Villages is a national leader in the implementation of research-based treatment philosophies in children's mental and behavioral health. We are seeking a skilled Clinical Liaison to serve as a liaison between Residential staff and Counselors.

The successful candidate will work directly with youth on a daily basis, providing individual, group, and family therapy, completing admissions and discharges, facilitating treatment meetings, and working with the assistant director of clinical services.

This role requires flexibility, organization, patience, helpfulness, and dedication to the treatment of young people. A Master's Degree in a social services discipline is required, with experience working with at-risk youth and a willingness to pursue licensure.
