Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Technician to join our team at TEKsystems. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support for our network and label printers, as well as troubleshooting hardware, software, Active Directory, and O365 issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert-level support for network and label printers
  • Troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve Active Directory and O365 issues
  • Participate in a rotating weekend shift on Saturdays (approximately once a month)
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience in printer support (network and label printers)
  • 5+ years of desktop support experience with the ability to troubleshoot tier 2 issues
  • Experience troubleshooting an O365 environment
