Our team of professionals is dedicated to ensuring the success of our projects, and we are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Cost Control Specialist to join our team.

Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Infrastructure Cost Control Specialist to oversee the management of costs associated with infrastructure projects. As a key member of our project controls team, you will be responsible for monitoring and controlling project expenditures, identifying areas of cost savings, and providing actionable insights to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage invoices and service entries through the SAP payment process, verifying accuracy and completeness.
  • Routinely review and audit invoices, including approval signatures and cost codes.
  • Route invoices to approvers as needed and assist with processing issues.
  • Develop working knowledge of agreements and contracts, providing rate validation as required.
  • Conduct invoice reconciliation audits with vendors and monitor invoices in header error.
  • Lead internal training sessions for invoice reviewers and approvers, ensuring compliance with company procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in major capital projects in Oil & Gas, Refinery, or Petrochemical environments.
  • SAP experience preferred, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities, with a proven track record of staff development and management.
  • High attention to detail, with a focus on quality and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications

  • BS Degree in Construction Management or Engineering, with a strong understanding of project management principles.
  • Knowledge of proprietary computer software systems used for project tracking, controlling, and reporting (SAP, PIMS, Other).
  • Demonstrated ability to develop reports for and presentations to management, with strong presentation and communication skills.

Estimated Salary Range:$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
