About the Role:

This is a 1-week assignment where you will be responsible for providing top-notch support for Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite in an enterprise environment with direct interactions with end-users.

  • Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair computer systems, hardware, and computer peripherals.
  2. Provide desktop and network support to ensure seamless operations.
  3. Set up, configure, and add all hardware as needed.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on various tasks that require attention to detail, analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Salary Range:

The estimated salary for this position is around $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
