This position involves managing multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with colleagues and external parties. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the preparation, processing, and submission of billings for the Agency;
  • Following up on accounts past due or denied for payment;
  • Importing MaineCare authorizations;
  • Resolving credit balances and supporting A/R-related matters for year-end audits and internal quality assurance reviews.
