Responsibilities:
- Conduct field and desk investigations to identify and prevent fraudulent activities in auto liability claims.
- Develop and implement investigative strategies to detect and prevent staged auto accidents, fraud rings, and questionable medical treatment.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including law enforcement, medical professionals, and insurance industry experts, to gather information and evidence.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive investigative reports to support claims decisions and prevent potential losses.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of investigations, including notes, reports, and evidence.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, laws, and regulations to ensure compliance and effectiveness in investigations.
Requirements:
- Associate or bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in insurance investigations, law enforcement, or a related field.
