At LEO A DALY, we're seeking a talented Architectural Designer II to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for researching and identifying project-appropriate architectural requirements, performing BIM modeling and detailing, and participating in cross-discipline discussions and coordination with multidisciplinary teammates.

Key responsibilities include:

* Researching and identifying project-appropriate architectural requirements
* Performing BIM modeling and detailing
* Participating in cross-discipline discussions and coordination with multidisciplinary teammates
* Assisting to conduct site investigations and observations
* Assisting to prepare narratives, architectural graphics, design presentations, drawing and specification documents in accordance with a high degree of quality, yet with regard to project schedule and budget constraints
* Traveling for project-related activities relative to existing building assessments/investigations, client meetings, or construction jobsite observations
* Attending client meetings and communicating with clients, consultants, contractors, and others during various states of project development
* Participating in the design, selection, coordination and detailing of architectural solutions
* Translating conceptual ideas into architectural graphics and preparing design presentations to communicate ideas to clients
* Analyzing design concept of buildings and space in 2D/3D and creating design presentations using freehand sketches, 2D/3D modeling and rendering software
* Assisting in preparation of proposals, reports and findings
* Assisting in the production of technical drawings

Qualifications:

* 4+ years of experience
* Hospitality project experience preferred
* Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture from an accredited college or university
