About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Window Treatment Installer to join our team at Budget Blinds of Portland/South Portland. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and installing a variety of window treatments, including blinds, shades, and motorized solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Install window treatments at residential and commercial job sites, ensuring a high level of quality and attention to detail.
  • Coordinate with the office and sales team to resolve any installation issues or concerns.
  • Repair broken or damaged products and work with manufacturers to resolve any issues.
  • Participate in lead-generating programs and contribute to the growth of our business.
  • Measure homes and businesses for window treatments and provide accurate quotes to customers.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in general carpentry or a related field is preferred, but not required.
  • Self-directed and able to work independently, with a strong attention to detail and ability to problem-solve.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work with a variety of personalities and situations.
  • Ability to learn and install new technology as introduced to the window covering and installation industry.
  • Valid driver's license and insurance, with a clean driving record and background check.
