About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Global Systems Engineer to join our Group Information Technology team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, and supporting infrastructure and systems from a server and client perspective, including virtualization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Installation, configuration, maintenance, and support of infrastructure and systems from a server and client perspective, including virtualization.
  • Offering expertise to resolve technical incidents and systems.
  • Creating robust business case proposals for the improvement of systems from a reliability, stability, and efficiency point of view.

Requirements

  • A good problem solver who thrives on continuous improvement.
  • 5 years + experience in Microsoft technologies in enterprise IT environments.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer.
  • Adept in scripting languages such as Powershell and VBA.
  • Ability to support Microsoft Windows Server operating systems.
  • Experience with Azure, O365, SCCM, VMWare, Citrix/RDS, SQL, and ADFS will be advantageous.
  • Experience with server and network technologies including Clustering, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and load balancing.
