Steward - Food and Beverage Team Member

The Steward is a vital member of the Food and Beverage team at Four Seasons Hotels Limited, dedicated to delivering exceptional quality and service to our guests. This role is responsible for ensuring that every aspect of the dining experience is seamless and memorable.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Work closely with the kitchen and stewarding teams to ensure efficient and effective service.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail, ensuring that all dishes and silverware are clean and polished.
- Assist with the preparation and presentation of food and beverages, adhering to high standards of quality and presentation.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient service, responding to guest requests and resolving any issues that may arise.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a food and beverage role, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50lbs and stand for long periods.
