Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Steward to join our Food and Beverage team. The Steward will be responsible for providing exceptional quality and service to our guests, ensuring that every piece of silver shines and every plate sparkles.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional quality and service to guests in a fast-paced dining environment
- Ensure that all dishes and silverware are clean and polished to the highest standards
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food presentation
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety standards
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve exceptional guest satisfaction
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in a food and beverage role, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50lbs and stand for long periods
