Guestroom Attendant

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Guestroom Attendant to join our Housekeeping Team. As a Guestroom Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guest rooms, as well as providing exceptional service to our guests.

• Clean and maintain guest rooms to the highest standards of quality and cleanliness
• Restock amenities and supplies as needed
• Respond to guest requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Work collaboratively with other Housekeeping Team members to ensure seamless service delivery
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
