Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Golf Course Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Four Seasons. As a key member of our grounds team, you will be responsible for maintaining the exceptional quality of our golf course.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the golf course grounds by mowing, watering, and landscaping to ensure a pristine playing experience for our guests.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure our guests have an enjoyable experience.
  • Assist with golf course maintenance tasks such as repairing divots and filling sand traps.
  • Operate equipment such as lawn mowers and trimmers to maintain the course.
  • Monitor irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of the course.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure the overall cleanliness and appearance of the golf course.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in grounds maintenance or a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Physical ability to lift and move equipment and materials.
