Bartender - Nobu

The Bartender is a key member of the Food and Beverage team at Four Seasons Hotels Limited, responsible for delivering exceptional quality and service to our guests. This role requires a strong focus on providing prompt, courteous, and gracious service to hotel guests and servers, while adhering to state and city alcohol laws and Four Seasons' standards of service.

• Provide hotel guests and servers with quick and efficient beverage service.
• Have a complete working knowledge of all products served by the bar.
• Ensure that all details of service are performed properly and that every guest receives the highest quality of service.
• Perform additional side duties and assist in the absence of a bar porter or bar server if necessary.
• Working knowledge of the Micros system is essential.

• Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong beverage knowledge regarding beer, wine, and liquor.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and continuous standing for up to 8 hours a day.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays.
