Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities:
Instructional Excellence: Develop engaging lesson plans, effectively utilize learning management systems, and objectively evaluate student performance.
Student Interaction: Foster a supportive classroom environment, provide constructive feedback, support student growth, and maintain accurate records.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest instructional techniques, attend workshops, and actively engage in ongoing professional development.
Additional Contributions: Beyond the classroom, you will participate in campus activities, events, and meetings, assist in maintaining an organized classroom and lab, and contribute to a positive campus culture.

Qualifications

Your Qualifications:
• Must hold an active and unencumbered RN or LVN license in the state of employment.
• Minimum of 4 years of clinical nursing experience in the past 5 years.
• Must have either:
o Bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school,
o Valid teaching credentials,
o Completed 1 year of full-time teaching in a state accredited or approved RN or LVN program.
o Meet all teaching requirements for community colleges or state universities in California.
• Must meet approval of the Board of Nursing to hold the position.
• Must meet all regulatory and corporate qualifications.
• Previous experience teaching nursing students preferred.

Compensation: $47.60-$50/hr (Based on Education/Experience)
