Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Electronic Assembler II to join our team at Dover. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for the assembly of electronic components and circuit boards to meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Solder electronic components and wires to designated locations on printed circuit boards in accordance with IPC regulations.
  • Assemble microcircuits requiring fine hand assembly with the use of microscopes.
  • Incorporate engineering changes to new and existing products at the board level.
  • Record activity into a database.
  • Review ERP for proper configuration control specifications.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of soldering experience required.
  • 2+ years of related defense manufacturing experience required.
  • IPC-610 certification preferred.
Working Conditions

The employee must be able to stand, walk, and sit throughout the 10-hour shift. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. The work environment is exposed to moving mechanical parts, low voltage electrical circuits, and occasional exposure to wet and/or humid conditions.

The normal work hours are 5:30 AM to 4:10 PM, Monday through Thursday. Lunch period is 40 minutes per shift, unpaid. Breaks are two 15-minute per shift.
